Josie Cram, who Dorchester Living has been sponsoring this season, had a very successful trip to Ibiza in October, winning a gold medal at the European Duathlon Championships. This follows on from the gold medal she won at the World Championships in Denmark, 2018.
Josie commented: “it’s been a tough year with injuries so to come out the other end with two gold medals is more than I could have asked or hoped for at the beginning of the year. Ibiza was a really tough race, not least because of the course problems encountered by the organisers, but I really enjoyed it and it was a great feeling to take the win again, if only by 10 seconds this time!”
Josie now plans to have a few weeks off the bike as it was a long summer of riding and will be hoping to do the cross country season over the winter before picking up the duathlon again early next year.
