Gavin Angell – Development Director
Gavin has worked in the property industry for many years, with previous experience varying from advising the main boards of National House Builders, Operational projects, and managing Acquisition and Development projects. Gavin began work for the Dorchester Group in 2008, and has been involved with the Heyford Park development from Dorchester’s acquisition of the site. Gavin oversees and manages the planning and development elements for Dorchester Living at Heyford Park.
Justin Taylor – Construction Director
Justin joined Dorchester Living in late 2013, bringing along with him a career in house building which has progressed over more than 20 years. Whilst working for National House Builders, Justin has been awarded a number of prestigious industrial awards throughout his career, including the NHBC Site Managers Top 100 Award in 1994 and the NHBC Pride in the Job Award in 2002, 2003 and 2010. Justin brings an abundance of professionalism and experience to the Dorchester Living team, and has built up a respected profile within the house building industry.
Jeanne Evett – Sales and Marketing Director
Jeanne specialises in new home sales, and prior to joining the Dorchester Living team in July 2013, Jeanne worked with some of the property sector’s largest developers and agents during her 40 years in the industry. As Head of the Sales and Marketing team for Dorchester Living, Jeanne’s proficiency, managerial skills and extensive knowledge of house sales combine to ensure the delivery of a dedicated and professional sales and marketing department. Jeanne has a unique working relationship with every one of the people she interacts with, consistently providing guaranteed support and commitment to both her team and her customers.
Nathan Holcombe – Managing Surveyor
Nathan joined the team in October 2015, having gained valuable experience within mainstream house building, social housing and bespoke high end regional developers. As head of the Commercial team at Dorchester, Nathan has responsibility in developing specific project specifications, detailing site budgets and overseeing the procurement and management of the subcontract and supplier base. together with key accounts with a number of national and local trading partners via the traditional competitive tender process, thereby supporting the link between the Development, Technical and Build teams.
Sophie Bettison – Marketing Manager
Sophie joined the Dorchester team on the Sales and Marketing graduate scheme in 2014 and became the Marketing Manager in May 2017. Working alongside design agencies, media buyers, PR consultants and interior designers, Sophie’s role focuses on bringing exposure to Heyford Park through various initiatives, schemes and events. Sophie is also responsible for all the shared ownership sales for Heyford Regeneration, the registered social landlord at Heyford Park.
Jo Faulkner – Senior Sales Consultant
Jo is an experienced new homes sales consultant who joined the team in March 2018 having previously worked in Northampton and Biggleswade. With over eight years of experience working in residential sales as well as five years working in London on corporate short lettings, Jo is a great communicator with a strong focus on the customer journey from reservation to completion.
Karen Murphy – Senior Sales Consultant
Karen is an experienced professional having worked in the property industry for the last eleven years in Estate Agency, Lettings and New Homes in both mainstream and retirement homes. Karen is extremely motivated and believes that customer service is of paramount importance to a front end business. Karen is looking forward to working within the sales team and watching Heyford Park grow and develop.
