When joining the Heyford Park community, you are supported by the management services provided on site which have been serving the local community for the past few years. The professional service covers many aspects of the estate and links together the needs of our commercial and residential tenants and those of private owners. The key residential services provided are set out below.
Sewerage services are currently provided by Heyford Park Management Company Limited. There is a private network servicing the whole estate currently, served by the local sewage treatment plant. In the future, this will be adopted by a new Ofwat regulated entity (County Water Limited) and all residents will be informed when this will happen. Meter reading are taken annually and bills issued bi-annually with one reading estimated. Water services are provided by Thames Water.
All residential property owners are contracted to a service charge which covers the privately owned areas at Heyford Park which are available for public use. The service charge budget is provided to all owners during the purchase process and the budget is reviewed annually in light of the services offered and the local needs.
A review of the costs incurred against the budget is performed annually and any credits/charges made. Service charge is payable quarterly in advance. Where you identify a servicing need eg an area in need of landscaping, please contact [email protected] to keep us informed so that we can arrange to swiftly address any issues.
Payments can be made by direct bank transfer, quoting the reference per the invoice. We also accept cheques and cash at Heyford Park House. For regular payments, we recommend setting up a standing order. All enquiries about payments can be sent to [email protected] where a member of our finance team will respond.
Coming soon is an online portal where you will be able to manage your account, view online statements, make payments online by card and see key documentation about your property. We will be contacting you by letter/email with login details in due course
