Heyford Park by Dorchester Living has been awarded excellent, the highest category possible by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) in its latest audit.
The CCS sets quality standards for the construction industry and focuses on three key sections: respecting the community, caring for the environment, and valuing the workforce — essential and key areas required to effectively raise standards within the industry and build trust with the public.
With a total score of 15 available for each of these areas, Heyford Park scored 43/45, placing it in the highest possible category of “Excellent”, with full marks awarded in the “caring for the environment” category.
The auditors particularly praised the quality of our site and the ways we are working to limit construction impacts on existing residents, our focus on social infrastructure and continued partnership working with nearby Witney & Abingdon College.
