Spacious, modern and tranquil new homes Oxfordshire - Nils Vestergaard and Philippa Richards
Prior to living at Heyford Park the couple were renting an apartment in the centre of Oxford. Although they loved living in the city, they wanted something more spacious and modern, in a tranquil setting. They began their search for a new-build, detached property, looking for somewhere that was well-located for their respective commutes and that met their desired specification. When the couple started looking for properties, they were immediately attracted to Heyford Park because of its location, its close proximity to Oxford and ease of access to the motorway.
Nils comments, “What we really love about Heyford Park is that it is an exciting new housing development within an existing infrastructure. We like the fact that there are older houses in amongst the new properties, which gives Heyford Park its great character and feel. We also like the preservation aspect; the mature landscape and surroundings appealed to us. Also, what is to come is very exciting – further phases, the village pub, village green and local shops will add a further vibrancy.”
