Dorchester Living Raises Money for Child Brain Injury Trust

Easter Fun Day Held by Dorchester Living Raises Money for Child Brain Injury Trust

On 1st April 2023, Dorchester Living held a successful Easter family fun day which raised £416.00 for Child Brain Injury Trust. Easter on The Village Green is an annual family fun day held at Heyford Park, a thriving new development just outside Bicester. The event is well supported and attending by the local community.

Featuring a petting zoo, face painting, balloon twisting, magic acts, live music and much more – the event kept the crowds entertained from 10am until 4pm. The event was held on the village green and within Heyford Park’s new restaurant, Baton. Indoors saw families dancing along to live music, children decorating Easter biscuits and partaking in other Easter crafts, whilst outside saw children playing with balloon creations, stroking baby goats, and watching the Easter chicks and other animals.

Lisa Turan, CEO, Child Brain Injury Trust, said: “Creating communities is at the heart of our work, so seeing the local community at Heyford Park come together to support our charity with an Easter Fun Day has special resonance for us.  We’re really grateful for the community’s support, and to Dorchester Living for organising this wonderful event and fundraising £416 for us.  Thank you so much for making a difference.”
