Dorchester Living proudly celebrated World Book Day with a meaningful initiative aimed at supporting young readers and strengthening community connections at Heyford Park.

As part of the celebration, Dorchester Living donated a collection of books to Heyford Park School in Upper Heyford. The donation provides valuable additional resources for pupils in Years 5 and 6, helping to support literacy development and encourage a lifelong love of reading.

This initiative reflects Dorchester Living’s ongoing commitment to local education and its continued role within the Heyford Park community. By working closely with local schools, the company aims to make a positive and lasting impact on young learners.

In addition to the school donation, four Little Free Libraries have been installed throughout Heyford Park. These community book-sharing points offer residents free access to a wide and diverse selection of titles for all ages.

The Little Free Libraries are designed to inspire a culture of reading while fostering a spirit of generosity and connection among neighbours. 

Residents are encouraged to take a book and enjoy the shared experience of storytelling within their community.
