Community Garden
A relaxing and peaceful environment where the community gets together to grow flowers, plants, herbs and fresh produce for the community to enjoy. A place to have fun and educate and have a go at yourself gardening without the full responsibility of it.

Heyford Park Play
We're a volunteer lead stay and play playgroup. Featuring soft play and ride ons in the big hall and another room with a baby scales and sensory corner, play kitchen, books, toys, babies and more.

We a very busy and active Scout Group based in Heyford Park which is part of the North Oxfordshire District within the County of Oxfordshire.

KFIT gym is based in Heyford Park and we offer: Personal Training / Exercise classes / Bootcamps / Online Coaching

Loose Ends
Every Monday 10-12.30 for all people feeling at a loose end who wish to eat biscuits, laugh and drink tea/coffee. Based in the Heyford Park Chapel.

Community Warm Space
Free community space with games, books, magazines, jigsaws, craft materials, hot drinks, biscuits, and often home-made cake! Open on a Wednesday at Building 103 (The Heritage Centre) on West Street, from 10am to 3pm.
MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Our dedicated estate management team keeps Heyford Park running smoothly—from groundskeeping to service charge support.
When joining the Heyford Park community, you are supported by the management services provided on site which have been serving the local community for the past few years. The professional service covers many aspects of the estate and links together the needs of our commercial and residential tenants and those of private owners. The key residential services provided are set out within the budget in the links to the right.
All residential property owners are contracted to a service charge which covers the privately owned areas at Heyford Park which are available for public use.
The service charge budget is provided to all owners during the purchase process and the budget is reviewed annually in light of the services offered and the local needs.
A review of the costs incurred against the budget is performed annually and any credits/charges made. Service charge is payable quarterly in advance. Where you identify a servicing need eg an area in need of landscaping, please contact estates@dorchestergrp.com to keep us informed so that we can arrange to swiftly address any issues.
Please find attached for resident information the Draft Service Charge accounts for 2020-2025 which are currently subject to audit due to be completed in early 2026.

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer, quoting the reference per the invoice. We also accept cheques and cash at Heyford Park House. For regular payments, we recommend setting up a standing order.
