A nursery will further enhance Heyford Park’s educational offering alongside Heyford Park Free School. The nursery will cater for both funded hours and wrap around commercial childcare
This will be a multi-use development, with residential and retail uses. The Village Centre (North) will provide Heyford Park with community facilities and amenities.
Phase 9 is proposed to be the largest phase at Heyford Park in terms of units, comprising of 297 units which will be a mixture of open market and affordable properties.
7B is located west of the Village Centre (North) and will consist of 9 affordable homes.
This phase is north of Phase 5, to the west of the proposed Village Centre (South) on Camp Road. This phase will consist of 17 residential units.
