Dorchester Living is sponsoring a local schoolboy turned racing driver to fulfil his dreams of attending the TKM British Championships. Archie Strong, a pupil at Heyford Park Free School, is a TKM racing driver and has received numerous awards, including the Nigel Mansell Cup for sportsmanship and most promising driver. TKM is a karting league created with the aim of bringing affordability to the world of competitive racing and is backed by the Motor Sports Association.
While leagues such as TKM make competitive racing more affordable, they do not eliminate all the costs involved in competing. Dorchester Living has donated £500 to Archie’s parents which will go towards costs including race entry, tyres, fuel and other essentials.
