As part of our property portfolio, we have built over 30 new-build homes available to rent at Heyford Park. This give you the opportunity to be part of our community and access to our new homes. These properties are managed by Heyford Park Management Company Ltd (HPMCL).
Our onsite maintenance team is Dorchester Customer Care who use our construction suppliers to respond quickly to any maintenance issues. There is 24/7 support via our out-of-hours service.
At the end of your tenancy the deposit is refundable to you once we have received both parties’ written consent for any deductions under the terms of the tenancy agreement. Any deposits we hold are held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial). TDS is a not-for-profit, government-approved, tenancy deposit protection scheme in England and Wales operated by The Dispute Service Ltd.
We are proud of our new properties and seek to resolve any issues internally. In the event of a dispute, we subscribe to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for any dispute resolutions. TPO is a government-approved scheme to provide independent redress in relation to disputes between consumers and property agents.
