Heyford Park has been named the winner of a prestigious Oxfordshire property award.
At a ceremony hosted at Bicester Motion, Heyford Park was named Best Residential Development at the OxPropertyFest Awards, beating off competition from a range of other major projects.
The OxPropertyFest Awards are part of OxPropFest – a major conference celebrating the best new homes and property development across the region. More than 50 entries were received in this year’s awards, demonstrating the quality of the new homes for sale at Heyford Park.

Commenting on the awards, UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “This year has been a vintage one with a record number of submissions for OxPropFest Awards. Judging was a real challenge and this made the compilation of the shortlist very difficult as the quality and range of submissions was so high.”
