Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan

The Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan is a document developed by twelve parish councils in the Mid-Cherwell area, designed to act as an important stimulus to better decision making for development in the area. Travel Plans

Heyford Park was granted planning permission for the initial 1,075 dwellings subject to a number of conditions, one of which was the implementation of a Residential Travel Plan for the area. The Residential Travel Plan is implemented with the aim of mitigating the negative transport impacts from the development.

Buses Timetable

Heyford Park is served by the 25A bus, which runs from Bicester to Oxford, via Heyford Park. The 25A runs throughout the week apart from Sundays. Download the timetable below which shows the times when the buses run.

Village Centre (North)

This will be a multi-use development, with residential and retail uses. The Village Centre (North) will provide Heyford Park with community facilities and amenities.

Phase 9

Phase 9 is proposed to be the largest phase at Heyford Park in terms of units, comprising of 297 units which will be a mixture of open market and affordable properties.

7B is located west of the Village Centre (North) and will consist of 9 affordable homes.

Phase 5C

Ref. No: 17/00973/REM

This phase is north of Phase 5, to the west of the proposed Village Centre (South) on Camp Road. This phase will consist of 17 residential units.
