Dorchester Living believe that successful regeneration projects are built with the local community and its future in mind. The Team


Gavin Angell - Development Director

Gavin has worked in the property industry for many years, with previous experience varying from advising the main boards of National House Builders, Operational projects, and managing Acquisition and Development projects. Gavin began work for the Dorchester Group in 2008, and has been involved with the Heyford Park development from Dorchester’s acquisition of the site. Gavin oversees and manages the planning and development elements for Dorchester Living at Heyford Park.


Justin Taylor - Construction Director

Justin joined Dorchester Living in late 2013, bringing along with him a career in house building which has progressed over more than 20 years. Whilst working for National House Builders, Justin has been awarded a number of prestigious industrial awards throughout his career, including the NHBC Site Managers Top 100 Award in 1994 and the NHBC Pride in the Job Award in 2002, 2003 and 2010. Justin brings an abundance of professionalism and experience to the Dorchester Living team, and has built up a respected profile within the house building industry.


Jeanne Evett - Sales and Marketing Director

Jeanne specialises in new home sales, and prior to joining the Dorchester Living team in July 2013, Jeanne worked with some of the property sector’s largest developers and agents during her 40 years in the industry. As Head of the Sales and Marketing team for Dorchester Living, Jeanne’s proficiency, managerial skills and extensive knowledge of house sales combine to ensure the delivery of a dedicated and professional sales and marketing department. Jeanne has a unique working relationship with every one of the people she interacts with, consistently providing guaranteed support and commitment to both her team and her customers.


Sarah McCready - Project Manager

Following the completion of her degree at Oxford University, Sarah joined Dorchester on the graduate training scheme in 2011. Sarah’s first major project was the Heyford Park Free School, for which she was responsible for both the design and the delivery of the school, which opened in September 2013. Sarah has an in-depth knowledge of the Heyford Park site and manages special projects for Dorchester Living, taking a lead on social infrastructure for the company, alongside strategic planning projects, stakeholder relationship management and public consultations.


Natalie Belasco - Marketing Manager

Natalie is a highly experienced property Marketing professional, who has worked for over fifteen years alongside some of the most renowned house builders in the property industry. Natalie joined the Dorchester Living workforce in May 2014, bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge to the Heyford Park development. Natalie’s role involves working with focused design agencies, interior designers, media buyers and PR consultants to give creativity and exposure to Heyford Park.


Mandy Durrell - Senior Sales Consultant

As an experienced Sales negotiator with a strong customer focus, Mandy always delivers an impeccably high standard of service, with customer satisfaction at the heart of everything she does. With five years’ experience working as Regional Design Manager for a National Housebuilder, interior design and specification choices are second nature to her. Having joined Dorchester Living in October 2014, Mandy consistently brings positivity to the team. Mandy has a professional and pro-active approach to every aspect of her work, and her 11 years’ experience working in the property industry is an invaluable asset to Dorchester Living.


Scarlett Durrell - Sales Consultant

Scarlett joined the Dorchester Living team in May 2015, taking her first step into the property industry. Working alongside the other members of our sales team, Scarlett has gained an all-round knowledge of house sales and brings a fresh approach to our dedicated sales team.
