Existing homes will undergo a renovation programme and comprise Traditional English built housing and single storey American designs which create a unique contemporary collection.
The newly built housing will see period style villas front a new village green which will provide a central amenity area for residents fronted by a newly established public house, childrens play area, and primary school. Larger more modern styled houses are situated to the edge of the settlement enjoying floor to ceiling windows and unrivalled field views.
