We are pleased to announce that The Village Green Collection III (phase 5c) has won ‘Development of the Year (11-50 units South) in the Premier Excellence Awards 2020.
Congratulations to Andy Houlton (site manager) and Dan Kimber (assistant site manager) for their commitment to delivering the highest standard of homes, as well as the wider team and all of our subcontractors involved on this phase.

This award recognises the management of the site by Andy Houlton (site manager) and Dan Kimber (assistant site manager) and the quality of the houses being built.

Is awarded two Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards
We are the proud recipient of two Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards, part of their Excellence Awards programme, which have been awarded for outstanding quality throughout our Heyford Park site in July and September 2020.
The Quality Recognition Awards is a new initiative by Premier Guarantee, which looks to recognise, celebrate and commend consistent quality in construction each month.
Mainly focusing on standard of site management and standard of workmanship – whilst also considering health & safety, site tidiness and general cooperation – the QRAs have recognised the team at Heyford Park and the hard work, dedication and outstanding workmanship that has gone into this project so far.
Awards for Planning Excellence 2019
February 2019 – Heyford Park nominated for prestigious planning industry award
Heyford Park has been named as a finalist in the category for Excellence in Planning to Deliver Homes – Large Schemes (50 or more homes) at the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Awards for Planning Excellence 2019.
Oxfordshire’s Property Awards
April 2018 – Dorchester Living has been shortlisted for a trio of accolades at the Inaugural 2018 Oxfordshire Property Awards.
The Heyford Park development in Upper Heyford has been nominated in the ‘Best Housing Development’ and ‘Best Housing Solution’ categories.
SMAS Worksafe certificate
January 2017 – Dorchester Living LTD and Heyford Park Settlements LP are pleased to have gained a SMAS Worksafe certificate (www.smasltd.com). This means that we have met the SSIP core criteria recognised by the HSE and other SSIP accreditation schemes. Meeting the SSIP Core Criteria demonstrates that we are serious about H&S and have (and use) an effective H&S Management System to ensure that any work they are engaged in is, so far as reasonably practical, carried out without risk to health and safety.
